If you’re looking for a quiet place in the north woods to relax and enjoy some serious down-time, Moose Point Lodge is the place.

 

Book one of our comfortable lakefront log cabins on Fish River Lake and enjoy some peace and quiet. Bring your better half, your family, a group of friends, or just your dog… whatever fits the bill. Enjoy delicious meals served in our main lodge, drink your coffee on the front porch while you listen to the loons and wind in the trees, and just chill. Take a paddle on the lake in one of our canoes or kayaks, play some corn-hole or croquet on the lawn, swing in the hammock, or bring a stack of books. Swim from our expansive sandy beach, stroll down the dirt road and watch for wildlife, or play some board games in the lodge living room.

 

The choices are endless, and they are all yours. Located at the end of a 4-mile-long gated road, 16 miles from the nearest paved road, and out of cell phone services (we do have camp satellite wi-fi for emergencies) you can just come and relax! If you are interested in getting out of camp, check out our Recreation page and consider a guided day trip – maybe a canoe trip on a local river, with lunch cooked on the shore by your guide, or an evening float plane ride to enjoy the beauty of the region from the sky. The North Maine Woods is a spectacular place, and it’s waiting for you.
